How should you receive the customer? You should greet him as an honoured guest in your shop. This does not mean you should grovel. It means you should welcome him in, and show that you wish to be of service.

A retail sales start with heart warmthsincerity. Implement everyday, every week analysis reflectionIn order to succeed, need be modest enough reflect everyday action.

1) As salesperson, at all kinds of activities will have success time alsofailure time, important is that time ability degree. If situation beingsmooth thus too proud over it, in time to come will have other peopleexceed doing better than own self.

If can't take failure thus beingnegative self desperation will forever not succeed. Why is it succeeding? Orwhy is it failure? What is real reason? In order to prevent bad characterto happen, need to analysis self ability that is most important.

2) Everyday implements all action analysis, reflection. Every weekend dopast 1 week action recall and reflection. In this way can let yourecognize be clear own weakness, able to fulfill current request, improveon those that is not up to standard.


3) Tell own self what is failure kite, need thorough reflection. Cause offailure reason not 1, sometimes is own self reason, sometimes is relatedpeople reason, sometimes is environment situation being the cause.
